Disclaimer: Lendoor is an intermediary platform that allows potential Borrowers to use their existing social networks to connect with potential Lenders. Lendoor provides a platform that allows Borrowers to leverage their social media contacts to ask people they know personally to help with a private loan. Lendoor is not a party to any loan executed through its website and does not act as the payment processor. Lendoor provides loan document templates and a repayment platform through its banking software partner SynapsePay's partner bank(s) to individuals involved in private, person-to-person loan transactions. All funds held during a live loan campaign on Lendoor are held at SynapsePay's partner Triumph bank. Each depositor is FDIC insured at least up to 250,000 dollars. Lendoor is not a law firm, and makes no assurances or warranties, express, implied, or statutory that the Loan Documents or the terms of the Loan are legally enforceable in a specific jurisdiction by any competent court or administrative body. Lendoor does not offer investment advice, does not advise users on raising capital and does not act as a broker-dealer. No securities transactions are executed or negotiated on or through the Lendoor platform. Therefore, Lendoor receives no compensation in connection with the purchase or sale of securities, but instead only receives a transaction fee for providing peer-to-peer loan transactions with loan templates and a third-party payment processing. Borrower and Lender are the sole parties responsible for guaranteeing that any state and federal law requirements that may apply to the Loan transaction are met, including but not limited to the preparation and delivery of any disclosures, notices or other required documents. Any individual contemplating a private loan transaction, either as a Borrower or Lender, should carefully review the risks and benefits of such a transaction with an attorney before entering into it. If Borrower or Lender decide to enter into a private loan transaction without first consulting an attorney, then they acknowledge that they have voluntarily chosen not to seek independent legal counsel.
